Dirty Ex-Cop Manuel Ramos Arrested for Domestic Violence in Fullerton

Manuel Ramos, the fired Fullerton cop acquitted in the 2011 beating death of Kelly Thomas, is in trouble with the law again. His former chums at the Fullerton police department responded to a family disturbance call around 2 p.m. on July 16 at the 3600 block of West Oak Avenue in the city. Ramos later got booked at his old workplace for allegedly assaulting a woman. The high-profile domestic violence arrest remained hush-hush until a source tipped local activist Stephan Baxter that the dirty ex-cop had been cuffed once more.
